Hall config
Public channels
The Hero11 site config filled six social fields. Twitter was empty. These addresses are the hall’s, not a desk run by this reading.
Telegram, a WhatsApp channel, Discord, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram were present. No handset number was in the WhatsApp field. Come addresses left in the shared shell script are not this list.
The fields that were filled
The config is the source. A shared shell script also contained social addresses for a different brand. Those defaults are ignored here. If a field was empty for Hero11, the page says empty. It does not borrow the other brand’s link to make the row look complete.
- Telegram, t.me/Hero11Official
- WhatsApp channel 0029VbDj13E2ER6q12pEeE2v
- Discord, discord.gg/R9vqmkvKFr
- Facebook, facebook.com/hero11official
- YouTube, @Hero11official
- Instagram, instagram.com/hero11official
The WhatsApp value is a channel link. The id in it is 0029VbDj13E2ER6q12pEeE2v. It is not a personal number, and no phone number is printed beside it. Twitter had no value in the same config. There is no seventh link.
What a channel is not
These links do not reset a password. The phone shots never showed a login form, and the capture did not sign in. Writing to a public channel is not the same as opening the person icon on the hall.
They are also not the green button. Download App leaves this host through the button in the header. The channels stay on this note and on the contact page so a reader can see which public addresses the hall itself published. This reading does not operate those accounts and does not promise a reply.
No postal address and no licence number were saved with these fields. The contact page does not invent either one. A front that looks official can still refuse to print an office it does not have.
Why the list is short
Six filled fields and one empty field is the whole social block from the config used on 21 October 2026. Adding extra networks would make the page look more complete and make it false. The same rule keeps Come’s leftover links out. The brand directory for Hero11 images was missing on the CDN and on the site source. That gap is about pictures, not about these URLs, but it is the same habit: do not backfill from the shared shell.
If a later config fills Twitter or changes a handle, this page will be wrong until it is edited. The date on the capture is the date on the list. The homepage says the same thing in one paragraph and points here for the addresses.
Leave the button and the channels apart
Download App and these six links both leave the host, and they leave for different reasons. The button is the install control this preview offers, and it does not land on a file stored here. A channel link lands on the hall’s published social address. Using a Telegram link as if it were the installer, or using the green button as if it opened a chat with this reading, mixes the two exits. The header keeps the button. This note keeps the addresses. Contact repeats the addresses so the list is not hidden on a single inner page.
No support hours were stored with the fields. No email address was stored for this host. The empty Twitter field is the model for those gaps: name the absence, do not borrow a stand-in from the shared shell’s other brand.
